A characterization of the 2-additive Choquet integral

We present the necessary and sufficient
conditions on ordinal preferential
information provided by the
decision maker for the existence of
a 2-additive capacity such that the
Choquet integral w.r.t. this capacity
represents the preference of the
decision maker. These conditions
help the decision-maker to understand
the main reasons of the recommendations
made when inconsistencies
occur in his preferences on the
set of binary actions.
