Instructions for applying for a special session
- By Oct. 12, 2007, the IPMU secretariat must have received by e-mail a short description of the topics to be addressed in the special session, together with a tentative list of titles of communications and authors (names and complete addresses). It should have been taken into account that all communications must present research advances, and not merely surveys of the state-of-the-art.
- By Nov. 16, 2007, the organizer is informed of the acceptance of his session.
- The session organizer can take care of the reviewing process or can ask the communications to follow the standard reviewing process. The procedure has to be decided and informed to the secretariat in the submission.
- The final versions of communications must be received by the secretariat by Mar. 23, 2008, strict deadline.
Instructions for authors
All submitted papers should present research advances. Contributions will be selected upon their quality evaluated by at least two reviewers. Proposals for special sessions are welcome to be considered by the program committee.
One full registration will allow acceptance of up to two papers; each additional accepted paper associated to the same registration will be subject to an additional fee.
